George started George's Power Washing in 2005. Today we cover Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, and the Northern Neck — most weeks the same crew George trained himself.

Owner content pending (Q6): origin paragraph (year started, why power washing specifically, one detail about how the business got going). This section ships with placeholder until owner fills.

George and Rita

George — owner

Field, crew, process. George does the walk-through, picks the tools, and runs the wand on most jobs.

Google
"I have used George's Power Washing on four or five separate occasions over the past ten years, and was more than impressed with the results each time. George has power washed three stories of siding on the side and back of my townhouse, the brick façade and stoop, and my deck."
— Tim M

Rita — project manager

Scheduling, customer comms. Rita's the one who picks up the phone and confirms your job the day before.

Google
"George and his crew are super professional and provided exceptional service. They were on time and very efficient. Rita in scheduling is kind and honest. I really appreciate the service they provided."

How we work

1. Walk every surface

Rita books the appointment. George shows up and walks the house with you — siding, decks, roofs, hardscape. We tell you what we'll soft-wash, what we'll pressure-wash, what we'll skip, and why.

2. Wash with the right method

Soft wash for siding and roofs (low pressure, plant-safe chemistry). Pressure wash for concrete and brick. No shortcuts, no caustic shortcuts that damage plants.

When something goes wrong

We don't promise a perfect job every time. When a surface gives us trouble — a stain we can't lift, a paint chip near a hose connection, a discoloration we can't fix — we tell you up front. We've sometimes told customers we couldn't remove a stain; that's the trade-off for using bio-friendly chemistry instead of caustic cleaners. What we will not do is quietly hope you don't notice.

The trade-off shows up in 21 years of repeat customers — people who've called us back every spring and fall because they trust the answer they get when something's complicated.
