DECK & FENCE STAINING
Two-step service — wash the wood (soft wash, not pressure, on most decks and fences), then stain or seal. Pure cleaning of a deck without staining can fall under soft washing; the staining workflow is its own line because it's a multi-day job with material selection.
Each surface gets the right tool. We tell you which before we start.

Specialty surfaces get a pre-wash walk-through before any spray. We point them out, explain the chemistry, and tell you if we'll skip a surface entirely. See our protocol for what we won't wash.
Walk the wood with you, identify rot or damage
Soft-wash to remove dirt, gray fibers, and old failing finish
Let the wood dry 24–48 hours
Apply stain or sealer (semi-transparent / solid, owner choice)
Walk-through after final coat dries
